Delivery-inclusive pricing
Every price you see already includes delivery to your selected area. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout.
Orders from several suppliers
You pay once. Each supplier prepares and ships its part separately, and you can track every shipment from My orders.
Payments
Orders are confirmed only after Doorstep verifies your payment. We never mark a payment as successful without verification.
Cancellations & refunds
Contact support before your order is dispatched to cancel. Refunds are returned through the original payment method once approved.
Selling on Doorstep
Listing and advertising are free. Doorstep earns a commission only on successful sales. Suppliers remain responsible for product accuracy, stock and fulfilment.
